An oldie but a goodie (November event). It’s refreshing to see pertinent messages that matter. As one person stated, mannequins are supposed to be a reflection of human reality (though we won’t get into body image discussions here). This is very much our reality.
One commenter complained that the campaign acted only to make more sales. Granted I am no sales expert, but it seems as though the topic would be so very heavy that Westwood would actually be risking a loss in sales. From what I have read and observed over the years, people like to shop in upbeat, fast-paced atmospheres, rather than contemplative ones such as this.
